Competitive Programs

Regina Optimist Dolphins Swim Club is the premier competitive swim club in Saskatchewan offering professional coaching for swimmers of all ages and abilities. The goal or RODS is to provide every member with an opportunity to improve their swimming skills and achieve success to his personal potential, from novice to international competitor in a FUN and challenging environment.

3 level of competitive program:

1. Prospect: 12 years old and under
2. Junior: 13 to 17 years old
3. ELITE: All National athlete with high motivation for the podium pathway
