Welcome to 2019 - 2020 Season. We are excited to have you join us for this season. The PreComp newsletter will be sent out once a month with all information needed for the PreComp happenings.

 

Do you have the OnDeck app?

 

Available for FREE for all SwimOffice customers. Team administrators, coaches, and parents can download OnDeck and in real-time, access their team accounts, events, news, jobs, and more. In a matter of minutes, users will feel connected to their team’s information like never before!

Volunteer Job Sign Up & Management

With OnDeck’s Job Manager, the entire TeamUnify volunteer job management process from sign up to day-of-management is now available on-the-go. The days of pen and paper check-ins are now gone. Administrators can record and track volunteer attendance, add new slots, add entirely new jobs, send emails and/or broadcast text messages to one or multiple accounts, all within OnDeck!

  • First Day Camp of the year October 4th (pre-comp and Prospects), Please sign up.
  • Come out and watch the Cougars battle it out against Team Sask on Oct 4th 4:00-6:30pm and Oct 5th 7:00-9:30 am
  • Swimming Canada Registration information required reading (here).
  • We are excited to be hosting the October 5th Mass Officials Clinic at the University of Regina. Registration is now open @ https://www.jotform.com/build/91985485901268/publish. All swim families are required to officiate at swim meets and when officiating the best seat in the house when officiating!   
  • See updated Handbook changes and Meet and Fee Surcharge Policy for the 2019-2020 year. (info)

Fundraising

Bingo: Bingos are another opportunity for parents to raise money for their fundraising account. Payout varies from $10- $20/hour and the funds go directly to your account. Working bingos is actually quite a bit of fun and it's a great way to meet parents! Please contact Michelle @ [email protected] if you have any questions or would like to work bingos. Chase the Ace Fundraiser @ The Broken Rack every Tuesday from 6-8pm.  Come out and support the Team and have a chance to win!! (info)  We still need  volunteers to sell tickets from 6-8pm on Tuesday nights. All volunteers receive a free dinner that night as well. Volunteers receive 10 points/session worked,  all sessions are posted on the event page for 2 workers to sign up.
