What’s happening
We hope your season has been moving on swimmingly. We have some events upcoming that we would like to see all PreComp attend. Our Black v Green 2 Meet will take place at the U of R on the 29 Nov and we are hosting a SwimSask novice meet Dec 14 & 15 at the Lawson that we encourage all PreComp to attend.Please take note that there is no training Monday 11 November. Your swimmers can make up the practice on the day they don't have practice with another PreComp group.
Do you have the OnDeck app?
Available for FREE for all SwimOffice customers. Team administrators, coaches, and parents can download OnDeck and in real-time, access their team accounts, events, news, jobs, and more. In a matter of minutes, users will feel connected to their team’s information like never before!
Volunteer Job Sign Up & Management
With OnDeck’s Job Manager, the entire TeamUnify volunteer job management process from sign up to day-of-management is now available on-the-go. The days of pen and paper check-ins are now gone. Administrators can record and track volunteer attendance, add new slots, add entirely new jobs, send emails and/or broadcast text messages to one or multiple accounts, all within OnDeck!

Fundraising
Bingo: Bingos are another opportunity for parents to raise money for their fundraising account. Payout varies from $10- $20/hour and the funds go directly to your account. Working bingos is actually quite a bit of fun and it's a great way to meet parents! Please contact Michelle @ [email protected] if you have any questions or would like to work bingos.
