    • Team video calls help us stay connected and feel like a part of a group. 
    • Group project keeps us busy throughout the week
    • Group and one-on-one meetings keep us on top of our goals
    • Conferences and stroke clinic keep us connected to our sport
    • Cross Canada challenge gives us something to work for
    • Team game nights help us add some fun to our week!
