How you can improve your Start?
- Improve your high jump (Explosif)
- Improve your lower body flexibility (Important for the body position on the block)
Why the start is important?
- Start swimming with high speed at the 15m
- You will relax the 1st lap to achieve your race plane
- You will not over swim the first lap
Different steps of the start:
- Body position (preparation)
- Reaction
- Acceleration
- Flight
- Entry
- Changing direction (1st dolphins kick)
- Under Water.... (how far?)
- Breakout
