The objectives of this meeting are as follows:
- Presentation of the operating budget for the 2020-21 season, as well as the May 2020 financial report.
- Adoption of Handbook updates (including meet and fee surcharge updates) for 2020-2021
- Adoption of any Bylaw amendment(s)
- Election of open Board positions for the 2020–2021 season
Also, because this will be a virtual online meeting, please note the following:
- Zoom Meeting link (see below)
- Your screen name for the Zoom meeting should include your First and Last name.
- Vote via zoom

- We kindly ask that comments and questions be submitted in advance to [email protected] so that we can provide as much information as possible. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting as well.

- Adoption of Agenda
- Adoption of the 2019 AGM minutes.
- Presidents Report
- Treasurer’s Report - the adoption of 2020-2021 budget – Head Coach/GM
- Head Coach Report
- Adoption of proposed Bylaw amendment:
- ​​“13.3.1 – In order to maintain Board continuity and good governance, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be an adjustment of Board Director terms by +/- one year to return to a balanced rotation of Board members as stipulated in item 13.3 of the Handbook. The adjustment will be made during the 2020-2021 swim season.”​
- The current Bylaw (RODS Handbook) reads: 13.3 - Board positions are elected for two-year terms, with half of the positions filled in alternate years to provide continuity in RODS administration.
- Adoption of Handbook Changes (including Meet and Fee surcharges) 2020-2021
