Hello Team;

I hope you are doing well and everyone is working towards their goals.

Right now, the training sessions and workouts are going well, we start planing some team building activities by following the rules and guidelines to improve team spirit and team building. The only piece missing right now is the team meetings and education sessions, as we cannot really talk and have a meeting in person with the actual restrictions.

Moving forward, we will have a 20 min team meeting every month (Last Thursday each month) and Conference every month (45 min), below the plan until the end of May:

  • Thursday,  Feb 11, 2021 (7:30 pm to 8:15 pm) 
    • Sleep Performance A workshop educating on Sleep quality and quantity, deprivation, effects on sleep through travel, nutrition, exercise, and mental, medical considerations, screen time and how to sleep better.
  • Thursday, Feb 25, 2021 (7:30 pm to 7:50 pm) Team Meeting
  • Monday,  March 15, 2021 (7:30 pm to 8:15 pm) 
    • Mental Performance Thinking Patterns A workshop educating on Self-Talk and Negative thought.
  • Thursday, March 25, 2021 (7:30 pm to 7:50 pm) Team Meeting
  • Thursday,  April 15, 2021 (7:30 pm to 8:15 pm) 
    • Mental Performance Imagery A workshop educating on how to use mental imagery & visualization effectively.
  • Thursday, April 29, 2021 (7:30 pm to 7:50 pm) Team Meeting
  • Thursday,  May 13, 2021 (7:30 pm to 8:15 pm) 
    • Mental Performance Routines A workshop educating on how to use routines & practices effectively.
